Last updated: March 15, 2026. These Terms of Service govern your use of the AiiACo website (aiiaco.com) and all services provided by AiiACo, LLC.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the AiiACo website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients.
2. Description of Services
AiiACo provides AI integration consulting, operational intelligence systems, managed automation services, and voice AI technology (AiA). Services include: Strategic Intelligence Blueprint (operational diagnostic and AI architecture), Full AI Integration (complete AI operational infrastructure), and Performance Partnership (success-linked engagement).
3. Intellectual Property
All content on aiiaco.com — including text, graphics, logos, methodologies, software, and AI models — is the property of AiiACo, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The AiiACo Method, diagnostic frameworks, and proprietary AI integration architectures are trade secrets of AiiACo.
4. AI Services and Voice Recording
AiA is an AI-powered voice agent. All voice conversations with AiA are recorded and transcribed for service delivery, quality improvement, and intelligence extraction. By initiating a conversation with AiA, you consent to recording. AI-generated content (analysis, recommendations, intelligence briefs) is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute professional advice.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from AiiACo systems; use automated tools to scrape or harvest data; impersonate AiiACo or its representatives; use the services for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with the operation of AiiACo systems.
6. Limitation of Liability
AiiACo provides services on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AiiACo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. AiiACo's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
8. Modifications
AiiACo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
